Switching away from the default theme breaks FCKeditor for editing page content. Pretty sure knewter knows, but we should keep track of it.

This exists in my fork as a simple named_scope.

Add the ability to set a publish date. Pages with a publish date in the future will not be visible.

Bad things happen if Page.root returns nil. Should maybe be Page.root || Page.new, or don't let people delete the root page.
