Beef up ansuz theme repository

Make it possible for an ansuz theme repository to be browsed, rated, and to be linked externally to allow easier theme installation.
I'm thinking you could make a theme browser, each theme could have a photo album, and linking into the 'browser' you would send along a param that told the remote repository how to craft an URL to handle the appropriate theme installation stuff.

Minor progress, but you can view a preview of the official themes in the installer now.
